Using SV5 and Broadband at same time signal problems

I have the SV5 and subscribe only to virgin media Broadband up to 10meg but when I try to view certain channels while using the broadband at the same time they do not work e.g BBC1 works but 2 doesnt

Any ideas?

I had a similar prob and when checking all the cable plugs and splitters I found a loose connector I was also advised to instead of using 2 splitters get 1 into 4 and that has cured all my probs. if its any help to you
