starview 4 super usb audio desc

Hello everyone

any ideas why all my sport an movie channels have decided they want to have audio description on them? Has anyone else had this recently?

Someone said press the yellow button and you should be able to turn it off but all that gave me was the option for subs.

I still have the propper audio description channels further down my channel list, it just seems that it has been turned on somehow on the regular ones as well.

any help will be appreciated.

normally it is press the audio button on the remote and select the other english option

thanks, like i said i did try the yellow button but it just gave me the option of wot kind of subtitle language i wanted.

i'll give it another try later on.

what smoggy meant was press audio on remote then press down to eng. need to do this on all channels that have audio desc, i think.

i thought the yellow button was the audio button, doh!

ok i'll give it a go when i get home an let you no how i get on.

do as smoggy as said if that does not cure the problem you will have to do a factory reset then rescad the follow smoggy advice again
