starview 4 channel guide gone

hello..

newb here and i just have a little problem with the starview 4 box...

just wondering what i can do to solve the guide dissapearing problem...

on the push of the menu button etc i just get a blue screen with no guide informations... same on loading the epg... nothing appears...

any suggestions..

What version firmware have you got on the box.

with some of the older starviews power off at back for a min then on would work
