Starview 4 'Data is being downloaded' error

My Starview 4 Super USB has recently started displaying 'Data is being updated' whenever I try to access anything other than the regular free-to-air channels. I'm in England, running the latest Firmware v1.12 on TW/VM. Very annoying!

hi m8 go to menu 1570 reset default key should be ok if you want you can manually input new keys

Thanks - just performed a factory reset, came up with the same message but this time after about 30 seconds the channels came back. Working now anyway.
