starview 1 box goosed

can anyone help as to were do i go from here

all ppv channels have gone and i cannot get them back
with new keys
the software on my box is API ver;4.00e_E Boot ver;7.0

you kk m8 but you have to manually enter keys from menu 1570 nag go to your provider enter new keys good luck make sure emu is on also

thanks i have updated the keys and the emu to on, but still no luck, i dont know if my firmware is out of date, my box is still working but only the freeview channels

thanks i have tried this and updated the new keys, but don't know if its my firmware thats to old, i have never re-flashed the box before and i got it 2 year ago
