STARVIEW 4 USB froze we'll updating

i updated firmware from v1.07 to v1.12 and it froze for an hour with 0% on download so i had to switch it off and now switch it on and the front panel goes 8888 to 8882 then it freezes,it doesn't even send a signal to tv,please can anybody help me ???

I have just acquired the same box i have version 1.07 i think is it necessary to update as do not want to take the risk of bricking the box.

No need to update m8. 1.07 is fine

yea, 1.07 looks like the best to use, unless you're in the leeds area, it dont give you all the channels, so 1.10 or 1.12 is needed, unfortunate if you got a cloned box though...
