i am newbie to starview and need help with fixing

i need the full software, firmware and new keys for it to,
on screen it say data is bieng updated and then it freezez there because the firmware is out of date can some please help to flash new and make the epg faster

mines silver. igot the port cable but dont know wot application to use to update files for sv1

you need to use the 4.00 loader in downloads with the firmware i posted before thats it.
