Starview 4 and 5

Hi Guys,
I am new to this Forum. I have some trouble setting up Starview View Super USB 4 and 5 boxes in Wigan Area. They work perfectly fine in London (NW), sent similar ones to a friend with the latest Firmware Installed. After the scan on TW, the only channels that work are the FT, the others are blank and show up a No Signal message. I have turned KeyCode ON and have set the default key. I can assure that the firmware are the latest ones as they worked perfectly well in London before sending over to Wigan. The cable feed is direct and no splitters installed. Could you please help with this.

Ask them to do a factory reset and scan using the provider EX C&W
Tell them they will have to turn the keycode back on.
