starview 2 the box stuck at boot screen

hey all i just got a starview 2 box real box not a clone i tried to update the firm on it to the box but now the box wont flash again or it will not go past the box logo does anyone have any ideas how to sort this or remove it ?

when you press download wait for a couple of seconds then turn your box on from the back. this may take a few goes but should sort you out.
