Starview usb 4 problem (duplicate channels)

i recently had to turn my box off but when turning it bk on i found that most of the channels had been duplicated can anyone please give me any idea how to stop channels being duplicated as it is not funny going though channels twice thanks

Factory reset then auto scan, don't forget to put keycode back on, all should be ok, did you do a scan after turning back on, unusual for duplicate channels unless scanning without factory reset, what firmware are you useing?

cheers im using 1.12 you could be right i cant remember if i retuned so it could a case that im the dumb ass well what do you expect living in liverpool only joking

ok just factory reset . let it come back auto scanned then turned key bk on and quess what still got duplicated chanels across most of channels any ideas

I always use firmware v1.07 for sv 4 usb & had no problems, from posts on the forum this seems to be the most stable so worth a try using that, don't forget to power off before putting usb in & out, hope this helps

any way while i was looking for the 1.07 i scanned the box epg and quess what all the bloody channels went ok so all is ok now but got 1.07 just in case but thanks very much for your help larryoke
