Gtrom loader Trouble starview 5

Hello everyone
I've been trying to use the Gtrom loader to get sv5 working after 8882 error, with no joy

The program never starts the download, i spoke to the shop it was bought from they said firm ware i was trying to load ware corupt

can anyone shed some light on this situation
