HOW DOI I FLASH A STARVIEW 4 USB

could some1 plz tell me how i flash a sv4 usb.i have downloaded the bin file 2 my pc but am unsure what i should do with it as when i had the box super i used a loader with it 2 flash it with the cable i had but am unsure about how to do this box????

first download 1.07 from my download link in my sig below and add to your usb then goto menu and then usb and pick the file and install and scan then post back

worked a treat many thanx but how do i use the rewind and record features on it mate!!
