no signal sv4 subbed box fine

my starview 4 as stopped working it just says no signal ,when i put my subbed v/m box back on its fine am i doing somthing wrong with my sv4 its just keeps coming up no signal any help would be great

Can you still get into the menu.

Probably all watching Eastenders or something like that.
Have you tried a factory reset.
Also check you RF adaptor is connecting to the cable connector correctly.

nah still on no signal ya know im no niv0ce on these but blowed if i know why sub box works and s v dont suppose couls be tuner but not heard of any probs with these tuners

I know its a daft question but I have known some people put the feed into the incorrect connection at the back of the box but as you say you are not a novice.
Have you tried reflashing the box

yes all cables fine still no signal arrrrggggg help ,im thinking knackered

try reflashing with latest firmware,then factory reset and rescan.

I know this was mentioned before but make sure you have the cable in the input socket in the middle of the rear of the box. This is the cable TV input. A mate of mine had the problem of no signal and guess what? He was plugged in the ariel socket.

I thought it might be that as I stated in an earlier post. It happened to me as well.
