HI i ave tried factory reset pressed default key but instead ov stayin on c w when i go back to do scan it gone back to ntl or tw which i on ex c w did this y day now lost espn as well as others any ideas pls b so grateful........ps got the box super and this worked on that all ok but still got headache with sv 1 cheers ..............

ok enter keys then go back to first line you put in and check them and your provider. then do the same with the second line. if ok then save them then exit out to tv and let the box update..Comment
