i have a starview the box supper usb on it is model c500 s\w 1.10 boot version b-11 date june 05 2009
all of a sudden i have no premium channels any sky virginetc just a few free view. i do have an epg tellin me whats on i also have a green full bar desplayed on each blanck channel
if i press s.l on remote i get freq 682750 (sky 1) constallation 64 qam and sym 6952 bein ex cw level is at 69 0\0 and quality 98 but i have no channel sound or pic i do recieve as get bbc1 2 3 etc also have euro workin fine same lines
help i am new dont know how to re install on this box found cd&g kareoke though can someone point me
