Starview 4 channel loss issue

Hi there,
I have lost my HTV and Channel 4 and getting a no signal message. All other channels appear to be working fine.

I have updated FW to 1.12 and am in South Wales and was wondering can anyone help me with this matter?

I have done a rescan and the same issue.

I have now resolved the issue with a factory reset and rescan.
