hi i have a starview 3 or 2 box its been about 9 months since it went off it keeps resetting when searchin 4 the channels im not sure wats wrong with it

Hi, have you ever updtaed the firm ware?

If you have a null modem cable I recomend updating the firmware. Check the power supply also make sure the box is well ventilated.
Starview 2 it says the box on the top left corner on the front.
starview 3 its the box super on the top left corner on the front
