does starview 5 work in Ireland ?

Hi there, i'm completelyt new to this here and just had look at m8's starview 4 and am hooked so checked online and see dat there's a Starview 5 so want know if it works in Ireland N*L and can i get d movies n spt channels too cos m8 dontor have those on his 4, also is there a HD option and how doesdat work??? appreciate any info thanks

sorry but my sv sub 4 box went funny 2night the problem is watching a channel the picture frozze 4 ages i turned the box off at the back seen 8882 4 a second all is well now my ? is what if the piture frezzes again what should i do ta folks
