the box super usb recording info

Can anyone tell me how to setup the recording facility on the super box, because i cannot work it out.

I use a 8gb usb 2.0 stick ( i think about 6hrs recording time) i leave it in the receiver permanent.When you want to RECORD a programme wait till its just about to start then press the record button which is in the HHD set of buttons. REC will appear inside your receiver window and your usb will begin to flash intermittedly.The other way is to use the EPG button, then click OK on what you want you want to record . the screen will open then select the Red button. the receiver should now go into S/BY. When the programme is due to start your receiver will come on and the recording will commence. Hope you find this helpful. Good Luck.
