Starview 3 the box super firmware problems

I have install the latest firmware on my starview 3 box but i can only receive the freeview channels,I have done a rescan(s) and even installed the firmware again but had no luck.Any advice would be greatfull please.

press menu mate then press the numbers 1570 and u will go 2 the secret menu then if epg is off change 2 on then exit out and u should get all channels mate

That seems to have done the trick,Thank you.
In the same menu i pressed Naravision,I changed my provider but it won't let me save it,it just keeps on flashing from ok to store?

hit default key. emu on .

then exit out to tv.

Thanks for the advice but I'm afraid it hasn't worked,When i press on Naravision just to check,it has gone back to the original cable provider.
