New starview 5 - Faults help

Help Please With Any Of These Problems.
i have put latest firmware on 2.03.200

1. Cant sort channels out. sort & move are not Highlighted.
2. When i delete a channel my box freezes and cant get any channells on again and have to rescan.
I just really want to know if i have a bad box or is this a problem with the new starview5 .

Please, anyone else having any problems.

i have a starview 5 and mine are set into there own catogories by default i dont think this supports sorting out the channels your own way

new box and it wasnt working so wondered why
but dont really need it.
