      Sorry, don't really know what you mean as I have scanned with all the options from top to bottom with no luck?

        I have just had a chat with my m8 who has been on to someone who used to work for N*L and he said the problem is that we have a filter fitted out in the street box as we have never had a TV package. Sorry to everybody that has tried to help and thankyou. I will keep you informed as to my progress.

          Option 1 get the basic package ie freeview wont cost you a penny ask them to switch it on so you can get freeview im pretty sure they have to if you have a cable to your house.If not pay for the lowest package you can.
