starview 5 PROBLEM

starview 5 says downloading please wait but isnt doing anything shall i turn it off and on again? please help

Same Happened to me, I Turned it off then Formated my usb to fat32 then it worked ok,
Then go to menu press 1570, go to your provider and put in latest keys, turn keycode on, then if you havn't done a scan go back into menu and do auto scan, then you might have to go back and turn keycode on again if you cant get channels on.
And the sort & move dont work on this box,
Press ok on remote then press right & all channels sorted for us, Good luck

You dont need to put in keys on the Sv5 read my tut in downloads m8

I didnt know you didnt have to put keys in, I went into secret menu and the keys where not up to date so i changed them to the latest ones then i got all channels, im just saying how i done mine.

maybe just maybe you dint type in 1570
