The Box usb Problem

Hi, Can anybody help please

My The Box usb has been working fine, we have been on holiday and just come back, the box is stuck on channel 3000 and says updating on the screen, I have turned it on and off, turned the power supply on and off and still th esame stuck on channel 3000 and still says updating

Not sure what to do next

hi, no i can do nothing with it, i have tried re powering it and holding the on off button and it comes up with 8882 then goes to 3000, still can not get to any menus or change channels, by the way we are in a virgin media area
