latest firmware for SV3 here Digital Kaos - Downloads - GTRom_Super_8.04e.exe

if your box has been running ok lately then you shouldn't need an update
when you say no channels do you mean you are getting nothing or some are scrambled etc. the more info you give the more it helps anyone trying to advise you

why did you scan
has the box been working ok previous and if it was did it auto update or did you enter the codes manually
do you have a paid subscription of any kind
where are you based
did you scan on the right provider
etc.etc.

menu 1570, turn emu on and above that press reset default key

done all that ma mate but when i rescan it wont pick up no programmes ma mate round the corner having samne problem we are in blackpool and thought it was because iot changed to digital today

these are digital boxes so all this stuff about "going digital" is nonsense. what providers have you scanned with? when did box last work. could be a problem with vermin themselves. thats why i keep a subbed box running . i just check that first!!!

have you rung virgin, you will get automated message saying about work going on in your area, as this may be the problem
