Starview 3 No Sound on Box Office channel

Hi

I have a starview 3 running the old firmware and I manually input the keys when they roll using keymaster.

Im wanting to watch the boxing this weekend and have found the box office channell, however I have a picture but no sound.

Everything else is working fine movies sport etc.... Just the box office channel?

I have tried a re-scan - no joy

I have tried selecting the channel and pressing 'down frequency' - no joy

Can anyone please help as I have a lot of friends coming round on saturday night to watch the boxing who wont be too pleased haha.

Note the frequency it is on, then delete the channel and do a manual scan on the frequency you noted earlier, this should sort it.

you wont get anything until just before the programme starts...
