Super box 4 usb poor picture quality

hi, hope someone can help.
My mother inlaw has got 2 super box 4 usb boxes. Initially everything was working fine, but now all pay per view channels are badly pixellated and the picture freezes. Normal channels are still ok.
Does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this or are they goosed.
I've tried re-scanning and enalbed keycode using 1570. But to no avail.
What is emu?

check all connections on coax add a sig booster no splitters good luck m8

where does the booster go?
Is there a certain type I should get?
Read before about signal strength, how do I check this?
I'll give it a try tomorrow mate thanks.

any type argos maplin it goes at the main feed and split from there kk

Check your menu for video output is sety to RGB and not some
other setting such as s-video.

Anyone got any other ideas
Tried with a booster and changed setting to RGB all to no avail, still get scrambled picture on subscribbed channels, but all free to air one are ok.

re flash it m8 with older film ware or a diffrent image look in downloads
