starview 3 died

Hi there i have 2 starview 3 boxes and both have died within a year one would power up when it felt like it then no power at all the other locked then no power any clues plz.should i just sell them for spares or would replacing the power boards do the trick.

Sell them for spare you can easily make ?50-60 to by a SV4 or 5

might just do that m8 seen a few on ebay for spares want a sv5 but evey where sold out grr

no one in their right mind would buy a s/h box for 50/60 quid when you can get a new box for 80...

Sounds like the power boards have died you get these easly on flea bay and they are very easy to fit .
