Invalid box is there a fix.

Invalid box message appeared done a reset now box has no lcd display and is a total brick is there a fix was runing 1.10 software. I'm in t/w area have 2 usb 4 starview boxes knackerd. Help needed.

oh no, 2 clones, should of stuck to 1.07. to be honest not sure about fix, dont usually look for fixes on these, but a mate text me earlier, saying someone he knows has this problem, so i will be looking for a fix, will post if answer is found.

return to sender if in warranty is the best to do as clones are not supported by firmware made by starview.
there is no fix as bootloader has died.

well the thing is that i ordered it from this website,and it got no tel: support,only email ,and it takes ages for them to get back to you, just fed up, with that, they just taking, a P***,

thats the trouble with websites, you dont know who and where they are, and a telephone is always handy for support. they may also seem a couple of quid cheaper, but thats not always value for money.

i sold these for years on ebay, gave 7 day support by phone etc, but they kick you off now, so i rely on my good name, and to be honest am as busy without ebay.

take outer caseing of 3 screws at back look inside unplug white plugs on circutbourd plug back in put caseing back plug in ...works every time for me..regards shanks
