Starview 4 Buzzing sound

Hi, hope you can help me and wonder if anyone else has had the same problem. My Starview 4 gives a Buzzing sound, constant both while watching channels and when in menus. have tried different scarts with the same out come, yet my sky dish has no problems, Please...... Help!!!

I find with my starviews , that if you up the tv volume and keep the starview volume levels low , you get minimal buzzing ,
do it the other way and it's a real annoyance .
Worth a try ?

i read on several other forums this is a power suply problem. if it is contact the shop where you got it from.

might sound silly but make sure your scart leads are pushed all the way in.

Buzzing solution

I had the same buzzing noise with my unit. Ive upgraded the scart lead and all is now good.

Hi guys,
changed scart leads, checked connections, upgraded leads, and all the above failed!! However i managed to stop this by using the audio outputs from the starview 4 to the tv direct. and job done..... however the problem is not solved as the buzzing from the scart still happens when the audio leads are disconnected.
