hi guys, i have starview 2 the box, pretty sure i have the latest firmware but i lost sky family and espn, they dont come back when i rescan, any help would be great, davie

are you using a splitter, if so remove it, put direct feed to box, scan. then put splitter back together.

make sure you factory reset before re scan!
