The Box Super USB. channel scan everyday

On the The Box Super USB . If i turn it off over night and turn it on in the morning i have to do a scan for channels.
Is this a fault or is it an update i need. If so, which one please.

when you say switch off ,do you mean from mains or on remote? i always use remote. but what happens when you switch back on? fta channels or none at all? try pressing default instead of a full scan...
