starview 5 newbie

Hi all was just wondering if there was an idiots guide from start to finish for the starview 5 box and where i would be able to get the correct firmware for the box.
I havent bought the box yet i just want to be certain i can set it up properly before i buy it.
I would really appreciate any help thanks Andy.

Good box, follow DESERTDOGS Tutorial in the Firmware section and should have no problems. Good Luck.

I hate it when people reply to newbees saying just do this and do that, it annoys me cos when im new to something i want it very nicely laid out and explained.

mate go to this link and download the file. there should have a document with step by step.

step by step guide on here is easy to follow and firmware works a treat
