New to Starview

I have just bought a starview 4 and flashed it, When I tune in I get FTA channels but the rest just show $ signs , what do I have to do to get these on ?

Press menu and then 1570.
Highlite default key and press Ok.
Scroll to keycode and turn it on
Exit out to a sly channel and let it update
