cant be the codes because it's happened to mine but just Premier and Sly Sports...

Only some channels have gone. premiere, sports and some others. I think its a technical fault which should be fixed soon

had this problem for the last half an hour, got the channels (sky sports etc) back now. epg isn't loading for them, but they work!
