can some one help me im looking for the update for the starview box super 4 usb please ,,,i have it 4 months but some time ago it started to lose channels spy sports is gone and the movies are gone too can anybody help please it would be nice to get it working before the christams thanks

You are in Ireland and that is your problem as they have changed encryption there. No fix for Nagra 3 to date.
