Starview 4 - Can't turn off narration.

I don't seem to be able to turn off the audio narration on my starview 4.

I press the audio button but rather than getting the English option (which is what I have selected in the past) I get an option that simply says Lang 2 - either option still has the narration.

Do I need to reset and re-scan? If I do this will I need to load firmware etc again?

no m8 you dont have to load firmware again rescan should sort you out..

I've just tried this as I am having the same problem on my SV4 but it hasn't worked. I assume 1.12 is the latest firmware?

I normally just press "Audio", then select "Eng", but I'm just getting "Lang 2" as well.

try a factory rest

Done factory reset still same option not English. Narration still there.

i had the same thing pressed audio button window dropdown with 2 or 3 eng boxs in choose another eng sorted

I've got the same problem only on Sky Inde, can't switch it off driving my nuts.

i've got the same problem on starview 1 & 2 since yesterday rescanned but still there bristol area. Any help appreciated

rescanning is of no use unless you factory reset first.
