stupid starview narrator

i have the starview box(don't know what version)anyways i recently had the sound on a few movie channels disappear,so i did a manual scan,which found the channels with the misssing sound,problem solved...so i thought.Then i realised the narrator was stuck on those few channels.Before,when i used to press the audio button i used to get a menu pop up with the choice of NARRATOR or ENGLISH,now i get NARRATOR or LANGUAGE 2,and it doesn't matter which 1 i put it on i can't get rid of that stupid voice.PLSSS help its doin my head in!!!!

try a factory reset ,,,rescan ..turn emu and default on

that doesn't work i have the same in bristol since last night. tried everything and nothing seems to work. Looks like new firmware needed??????????????

sometimes you have to scan a few times in order for things to work.

did you factory reset to erase channels first,then auto scan your provider,usually worked.

Guys Guys Guys,

Its so simple. someone accidently pressed the audio button on the remote which brings up the narators for the blind I believe.

just pressed the audio button again and you should have 2 options to select. 2 Identical options.

just move onto the other one and press ok and exit.

It should now be back to normal.. SIMPLES
