Virmin at it again

seems like virmin have made narration fixed on alot of channels and if you try and cancell it using the audio button you just loose all sound. Have reset and scanned several times but still exactly the same. This is bristol area but it looks like it is all over. If anyone knows a fix please share. If not looks like a new firmware will be needed. On a positive note looks like it is only certain movie channels, at least we can still watch the footy,,,, Like i said anyone who can help in this matter please post and help other .
