Starview 4 - No Signal !

Hi All

Have had my starview 4 for a good few months with no problem, but today my Virgin Service went down due to a local fault.

When the service came back on this aft ), all the channels on my starview box have disappeared and when i search for the channels on automatic scan, it doesnt find any at all.

What has happened??????

I'm using V1.07 if thats any use.

I have a normal V+ box. The service went off from this too this morning but its working fine now.

Hope you guys can help.

and make sure key code is on....

Hi Maca

Have re-entered the codes and saved, when that didnt work I reinstalled the firmware, but on the search it doesnt find channels, not even bbc1 etc

its weird'!!!!!

press default key then do a factory settings (0000) then rescan m8..
