Well at the moment i am using starview 1 and starview the box and on the older bix i noticed that some of the channels had been coming up bad or scrambled channels these were my movie channels so i tried to manually scan these channels and nothing was coming up then i deleted a couple of the channels and tried doing a manual scan again using the 675000 khz but still nothing was coming up so i then did a factory reset and a total scan but still nothing and now i dont have any movie channels listed now except sky premier and modern, it has brought up the christmas channel but everything else is lost
I am with v****n and from the glasgow area, my other bix is fine at the moment
Any info on this problem will be greatly appreciated
