Starview 5 lost all channels

Hey guy's, please help!! Been using starview 5 for 2 months now without a problem. The only channel i couldnt get was sly action. I've just been sat watching tv and at 10 to 6pm i lost the signal. I've checked the connections which are tight. It just says no signal on the screen and that is for all channels, itv etc. I had moved into a house with a live vermin feed, could they have sussed it and turned me off?
Any advice will be so welcome, i am gutted

No M8 - its every where - I've had 5 phone calls in less than 30 minutes, a rescan brings back freeview channels thats all - and previous firmwares are not doing anything either...
I am 9 miles from you but will confirm Wednesbury, walsall and pensnett way are all definately down...

birmingham doesn't work either. if i rescan i don't even get all the free channels

Not working in Co Durham either

According to another forum it is a network issue and all boxes are down. Not sure if this is the case. I am in Teesside and mine is down.

its not working in leeds either, only the free to air channels work

signal lost in hartlepool, factory reset done, re-scan and no channels found

got no channels whats so ever in wolverhampton :'(

is this like one of those things they did last year and kept change those codes like every day in december, or a network fault???

u guys r lucky cos the only channel i got when scanned was cbbc and now i am not getting anything

dose this mean now boxes are down we need new codes ?? or can we just scan when the network is back on and has any 1 got any codes i live in wolverhampton thanks

i think virgin might have a problem,or they found a way stop the boxes receiveing any signal.
