cant get sky channels on starview 3 anymore

Hi, firstly why have all the sky channels stopped working. Read a warning saying that if you have an illegal box it will stop working shortly. Is this it?

Secondly why is there gonna be no more updates for the non usb starview 3.

vermin r introducin new cards in the leeds area but north yorks shud be ok ...try a factory reset and dont forget to turn emu n default back on 1570 on remote
