Hi All wanted to say that in bham/w.mid the service back on all is working now . i waited till 10.30 last night . thats the time they said it would be back up . i wonder if i can claim on the service i have not recieved from them i have a original box as well?.

how much do you pay for tv to virgin a month, divide by 30, do you think its worth the hassle.

Can i get a refund on services lost for a few hours but for the past x months i've been robbing them blind.

And before you say you pay for XL etc all the rest are addons plus for another box in another room its 10 quid a month.
