Stairview 3 lost all channels

Hi Everyone,
I lost all channels today including BBC 1 & ITV and the rest. I am using Stairveiw super 3. I have flushed the latest firmware GTRom_Super_8.04e.exe, scan for channels. I have also checked the EMU which is on. I still Don?t have any channels. Can anyone help?

where are you from m8 ?. some area's midlands and n/east had some problems last night witch was a vermin fault..

check for any problems with vermin in your area m8..
also check your scanning the provider..

Channels back on Starview 3

I am also in East london area and have Factory reset my SV3 just now(v8.02e). I see all the channels are back on..hurrayyyy!!

Not sure if this is due to factory reset OR the fault at Vergin Media got fixed Anyways hope that helps!

i factory reset and I seem to get 350 plus channels but called tv 2001 etc

then in the entertainment part it only has 7 channels and bbc one is really the disney channel and channel four is the playboy channel?

go to channel edit (0000)
press red button twice then exit out to tv..

i just turned the box back on to try what you said and now it works.

I turned it off by the switch at the back cause i was tempted to throw it out the window but all working now
