Star view 5 assistance please

Hey mates,my star view 5 has recently gone off air and i cannot watch any chaneels??Any help will be highly appreciated,i live in East London.

No iam not getting any chanels whatsoever Macca,i really need some help to fix my chanels on starview 5.

Do a factory reset, rescan and then enter menu 1570 turn key emu on and you should be bk up and running try this and let us know how you get on.. and then we can assist you further

switch your box off and on.
do a factory reset and rescan.
Make sure you turn your keycode back on

Starview 5 help

I have rebooted it and followed that procedure but it won't even load any channels after scanning.It says no new channels found,it doesnt show ant chanel,not even bbc.The signal is also week 0%.

I've lost all the channels people,no channels found when i scan from all providers,it doesnt even show bbc even when i turn on the emu.
