Hello

Seem to have lost some channels recently including Sky sport 1,2 & 3. Got Sky sport extra.

Have reloaded software & gone through the motions of reseting including 1570 EMU on etc. Still can't get these channels, have tried several times. Can some one help?

try factory settings (0000)
then rescan from main feed no splitters..

as far as i no from a mate of mine it could be due to the new cards that were sent out on virgin media, (new smart card) there may have been a frequency switch for the channels,

If you got a new card from Virgin mate your area has probably gone nagra 3 so it's all over for sports movies and +1 channels for you

nagra 3???? sorry never heard of this.

we recieived the card which they now call the smart card, so that you can carry on watching the channels you are subscribed to (or so they say)

starview 4

my starview 4 has doubled up all channels and only certain channels are working yet starview 5 box has doubled up but all channels are working very strange any ideas

Factory reset rescan turn emu on you should be ok
