Starview 5 locks on download

Hi all, had box running for about 3 months and lost a few channels, tried to reload firmware but box has frozen @ download, anyone know a safe way to fix, cant disconnect power but is it safe to remove memory stick and try again or will this cause further damage?????

First thing to learn about these boxes is never touch the usb stick without the box being powered off if it's hanging on the download I'm afraid it may be goosed but you dont have much option but to turn it off to see sorry mate hope all goes well!

No prob mate next time just factory reset and rescan pal save yourself the grief.
