starview 4 channels lost

Hi,
I'm from s-e london area and i lost my channels last week (apart from a few) and haven't been abke to get them back when scanning since.
I tried a factory reset and then reinstalling firmware and logo files but when i do it goes to reset again for some reason.
I have turned the keycode to on but it still brings up the dollar signs next tochannles when scanning and won't let me view them. strangely i can get ss3 but not ss 1,2,xtra or news.
can anyone help please?

when you press 1570 and turn keycode on, above this it says set default key press this as well.
