New Starview 4 user requires information please

Hi, Just bought a Starview 4 The Box super USB, can anyone point me in the right direction for installing the necessary firmware and how to do it. Can I do it from a memorystick or do I have to connect to a PC? Thank you, Bootricky.

the files are in the starview setion of the downloads and you can use a usb memory stick - there are also guides in the download section as well
